Soft Materials Research Society (SMRS) holds conferences and workshops to enable its members and other participants to receive continuing education, build professional networks and contribute significantly in generation of new knowledge and use the same for creating a better world for future generations.
SMRS and ICSM 2020 is committed to providing a harassment free environment for everyone (participants, members, speakers, exhibitors and staff) to benefit from the event, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, physical appearance, race, religion or other group identity.
ICSM 2020 seeks to provide a conference environment in which diverse participants may learn, network and enjoy the company of colleagues in an environment of mutual human respect. We recognize a shared responsibility to create and hold that environment for the benefit of all. To help maintain an open and respectful community, ICSM 2020 will not tolerate illegal or inappropriate behaviour at any conference session. If any illegal or inappropriate behaviour is observed from the any participant during the conference, participant will be removed from the meeting and his/her participation will be cancelled for this and future meetings of SMRS.
