Accommodation

The accommodation will be available in different categories as below at IIT Gandhinagar Campus.

• Booking of Students Hostel (Boys / Girls) is applicable for the Students Category only, and they would be accommodated in the respective boys and girls hostels on a single / twin occupancy basis.
• Booking of IIT Gandhinagar Guest House is applicable for Invited / Plenary Speakers.
• Limited accommodation is available for the participants, and it would be served on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• The organizing committee will try to arrange a comfortable stay for you, and the decision of room allocations by the committee shall be final.
