Registration

The registration fee covers admission to all conference sessions, and it can be paid through online transfer only.

Registration fee includes three-night accommodation on sharing basis (For speakers/participants: Institute Guest House; For Students in Boys/Girls Hostel).

Registration is mandatory for all participants, including invited speakers.

There will be no registration after 01st November 2023.

If you are a member of the Soft Material Research Society (SMRS), then register with your same email as provided in SMRS to save a 20% discount in ICNB-2023 Registration Fee.

CANCELLATIONS

Notification for the cancellations must be sent via e-mail to the conference secretariat.
-- Until November 01, 2023: 90% Refund of the registration fee
-- From November 02 to November 14, 2023: 50% Refund of the registration fee -- From November 15, 2023: No refund
Conversion to a fully online/virtual Event
Organizers of the conference may convert ICNB 2023 to a partly or fully online/virtual Event due to any unpleasant situation. We will notify you by email if it happens. If the ICNB 2023 is converted to a virtual Event, you have the option to cancel your registration or to attend it online. In case of cancellation, you will receive a 100% refund, and in case of a virtual event, the difference of fee will be refunded. You need to give your confirmation for the above options within one week of our notification.
